By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform.
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms require individual arbitration of disputes and a waiver of class actions. Please refer to Section 15 below.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Any modifications become effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Minimoon is an international fashion and merchandise brand offering luxury products for women and children.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Platform's operation.
- Copy, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms.
3. Product Information and Availability
We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, modify prices, or update details without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue or modify items at our discretion.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the Platform.
Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout, and orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
Prices do not include customs duties, local taxes, or import fees — these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon full payment; responsibility transfers upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
To request a return, please contact info@minimoon.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, graphics, videos, trademarks, and other materials on the Platform ("Content") are owned by Minimoon or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Content without prior written authorization.
8. User-Generated Content
If you submit any content (such as reviews, photos, or comments) ("Submitted Content"), you grant Minimoon a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in any media.
You confirm that you own or control the rights to your Submitted Content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any Submitted Content at our discretion.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
- Post defamatory, obscene, or infringing materials.
- Provide false identification or payment information.
- Collect or extract data from the Platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.
We reserve the right to take legal or technical action against any misuse.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Minimoon is not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those websites.
The presence of such links does not imply endorsement, and accessing them is at your own risk.
11. Disclaimer
The Platform and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, nor do we commit to correcting any defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minimoon, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or reputation arising from your use of the Platform or our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount you paid for the product in question during the 12 months prior to the claim, or
(b) USD 100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minimoon and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
A. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
B. Good Faith Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by sending a written notice via email to info@minimoon.com ("Notice").
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of receiving the Notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts.
C. Jurisdiction
The Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
D. Class Actions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved only on an individual basis. Neither party may participate as a plaintiff or member in any class or representative action.
16. Assignment and Transfer
We may transfer or assign these Terms or any of our rights or obligations at any time.
You may not transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
17. General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other published policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minimoon regarding use of the Platform.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be applied to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of it.
