At MiniMoon, we ensure your orders are processed smoothly and delivered safely to any destination we serve.
Please read the following details carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy seasons, holidays, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and courier information.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Morocco: 3–5 business days
  • Algeria: 3–5 business days
  • Jordan: 3–5 business days
  • Libya: 3–5 business days
  • Iraq: 3–5 business days
  • Palestine: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 3–5 business days

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@minimoon.com for assistance.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and delivery method.
The total shipping fee will be displayed before order confirmation.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — clearly stated on our website or during checkout.


4. Customs and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country's authorities.
These fees are not included in our product prices and are the customer's responsibility.

MiniMoon has no control over such fees and cannot predict them, as they vary by country.
If applicable, your local customs office will contact you directly to arrange payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and link to follow your shipment's progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@minimoon.com with your order number.


6. Delivery Failures or Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
MiniMoon is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it can be reshipped after correction, and additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Order Modifications or Cancellations

To ensure fast processing, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.
If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please email info@minimoon.com immediately — we'll do our best to assist before dispatch.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, please notify us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
We'll contact the courier to investigate and assist in tracking your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@minimoon.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged item

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


9. Pre-Orders and Special Orders

From time to time, MiniMoon may offer pre-order or special-order products.
Estimated delivery times will be clearly stated on the product page.
Please note that pre-order delivery times are approximate and may vary due to production or shipping conditions.
