At MiniMoon, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece is crafted with great care, and our goal is to ensure you enjoy a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
Please read this Exchange & Return Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Return Conditions
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Be free from stains, makeup, perfume, or signs of wear
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or special-order pieces
- Altered or personalized products
- Underwear or items marked "non-returnable" at purchase
- Products received more than 14 days ago
Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@minimoon.com and provide the following details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Name of the item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return (optional but appreciated to help us improve our service)
Our customer care team will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send any items without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on MiniMoon's part.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@minimoon.com.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
- If the returned item does not meet our conditions, the refund may be refused or partially deducted.
8. Delayed Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days:
- Check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your bank or card provider, as it may take additional time before the refund appears officially.

9. Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to assist before your order is shipped, if possible.
